Strawberry ghosts

— INGREDIENTS & SUPPLIES —

For 10 strawberry ghosts | 20 minute preparation time

 

Ingredients

 

Supplies
  • 1 pan
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 poon
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 2 plates
  • 1 black decoration pen

 

— PREPARATION —

  1. Place a pan with boiling water on the stove and suspend a heat-resistant bowl in it. Ensure that the bowl hangs above the boiling water without touching it.
  2. Break the white chocolate into small pieces and place it in the bowl.
  3. Allow the chocolate to melt slowly.
  4. Let the white chocolate cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Take the teaspoon and spoon and dollop the melted chocolate onto the plate.
  6. Dip the Beekers Berries strawberries one by one into the white chocolate while holding the crown.
  7. Place the strawberries on the second plate with the bottom of the strawberry facing the ghost shape.
  8. Allow the chocolate to harden, and finally, draw the faces of the ghosts by placing three dots, or let your creativity run wild.
  9. Store the strawberry ghosts in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve them.
