It’s the most wonderful time of the year and so it’s time for a family recipe! Make these great Christmas Tree Pancakes with Beekers berries. Check out the recipe below:

— RECIPE & INGREDIENTS—

200 gr flour
4 eggs
600 ml milk
Beekers Berries strawberries, blackberries, blueberries & raspberries
oil for frying
optional: decorations

— RECIPE —

Make sure the berries are out of the fridge so they can reach room temperature. Add the flour, eggs and milk in a bowl and mix it until it’s a smooth substance. Gently wash the fresh berries and cut a few strawberries vertically in thin slices. Put a pan on the stove with a dash of oil and bake the pancakes. As soon as they are ready you can fold them gently in a triangle by flipping them twice.
