Blueberry muffins without sugar

These are Beekers Berries blueberry muffins without sugar, made with whole wheat flour for extra nutrition. Ingredients & supplies
For 12 pieces | 20 minutes preparation time + 20 minutes baking time
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 150g flour
- 50g whole wheat flour
- 90ml sunflower oil
- 75g unsweetened applesauce
- 100ml Greek yogurt
- 100ml milk
- 200g Beekers Berries blueberries
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Supplies
- 2 mixing bowls
- 1 whisk
- 12 muffin cups
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the paper muffin cups in a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (sunflower oil, applesauce, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and egg).
- Combine the two mixtures and stir with the whisk until it forms a cohesive batter.
- Add the Beekers Berries blueberries to the batter and fold them in.
- Divide the batter over the muffin cups and bake the muffins without sugar for 20 minutes until golden brown.
