Vegan raspberry ice cream

Ingredients
- 300 gr Beekers Berries raspberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp hot water
Supplies
- 1 freezer bag
- 1 food processor
Preparation
Preparation (1 day in advance)
- Slice the banana into thin slices and place them in a freezer bag together with the Beekers Berries raspberries.
- Spread the fruit out as much as possible to prevent it from sticking together.
- Place the bag in the freezer overnight.
Making the ice cream
- Put all the frozen fruit in a food processor and turn on the machine.
- After a while, the fruit will be crushed into small grains. Now add a small amount of hot water. Note: Start adding small amounts and continue until you achieve a smooth texture.
- Divide the ice cream into 4 bowls and optionally garnish with some fresh Beekers Berries raspberries.
