Tiramisu with raspberries

Make this simple recipe for a delicious, summer tiramisu with raspberries and white chocolate. This tiramisu with raspberries is easy to make and looks and tastes incredible!



Baking utensils:

baking dish
chopping board and sharp knife
a deep plate
mixing bowl


350 g Beekers Berries raspberries
150 g white chocolate
30 g sugar
250 g mascarpone
1.5 package sponge fingers
1 pack white chocolate flakes
250 ml whipped cream




  1.  Grab a saucepan and pour in 75 ml of the whipped cream. Cut the white chocolate in small pieces and put it in the saucepan. stir it continuously over low heat. Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the chocolate is melted.

2. In the meantime, wash the raspberries gently. Take a mixing bowl and whisk in the rest of the whipped cream and whip it until it holds. Now add the mascarpone and stir it well. Take a spatula and gently add the chocolate mixture. Once again, stir it all together!

3. Take half of the raspberries and carefully cut them in half. Grab a deep plate and pour the orange juice in the dish. Dip the sponge fingers in the orange juice and lay them in a row in the baking dish. After the bottom is completely covered, you can add half of the cream mixture on top. Finish it with the cut raspberries and repeat your previous steps. Instead of half raspberries you put the whole raspberries on the top to finish it before sprinkling the white chocolate flakes. Put the tiramisu in the fridge for at least 2.5 hours.
