Sinterklaas tiramisu
The festive evening (is nearly) here… But for a delicious and festive dessert, you don’t always need to spend hours in the kitchen, as proven by this Sinterklaas tiramisu paired with delightful, sweet Beekers Berries red fruits. It’s fun to make with the kids and of course, to enjoy together!
Ingredients & supplies
For 4 servings | 20 minutes preparation time
Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 125 ml whipping cream (unwhipped)
- 1 vanilla bean
- 75 g sugar
- 350 g kruidnoten (spiced biscuits)
- Bag of Sinterklaas chocolates
- Bowl of Beekers Berries blueberries
- Bowl of Beekers Berries blackberries
Supplies
- 4 glasses
- 1 mixer or food processor
Preparation
- In a bowl, pour the cream and add the sugar.
- Beat with a mixer or food processor until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overbeat.
- Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Mix these with the mascarpone into the whipped cream on low speed, gently but thoroughly.
- Layer the glasses with a base of kruidnoten, blueberries, and blackberries.
- Pour the mascarpone-cream mixture over the layers. Add a dollop of the mixture on top.
- Finally, top with a Sinterklaas chocolate and some Beekers Berries blueberries and blackberries.
