For 4 servings | 20 minutes preparation time
Ingredients
- 75-100 g oat biscuits
- 125 ml whipping cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g strawberry jam
- Bowl of Beekers Berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
- A few sprigs of mint
Supplies
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 mixer or food processor
Preparation
- Crumble the biscuits and distribute them evenly among the serving glasses.
- In a large bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the cream cheese and continue to beat for a few more minutes.
- Finally, add the strawberry jam and mix briefly until combined.
- Divide the cheesecake mixture into the four serving glasses.
- Chill the glasses in the refrigerator and garnish with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries before serving. Add a few mint leaves as a finishing touch.
