Mother's Day breakfast

Upgrade the classic breakfast combo with this easy mascarpone cream. The creamy vanilla flavor combines perfectly with our fresh fruit.

 

— INGREDIENTS —

Serves 4

 

100 ml whipping cream
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
100 gr mascarpone
Handful of Beekers Berries strawberries
4 croissants

Mixer
Knife

 

— PREPARATION —

Step 1: Put the whipping cream and vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
Step 2: Loosen the mascarpone in a separate bowl.
Step 3: Fold the mascarpone through the whipped cream.
Step 4: Cut the strawberries into slices.

 

Decorating

Step 1: Slice the croissants halfway through.
Step 2:
Spread some mascarpone cream in each of the croissants.
Step 3:
Top the layer of cream with the strawberry slices.

 

And… serve! Enjoy!
