Ingredients
For the bowl
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen blackberries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fibre and nutrition)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
For the topping
- Fresh Beekers Berries strawberries, sliced
- Fresh Beekers Berries blueberries
- Granola
- Coconut flakes
- Chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
- Mint leaves
Supplies
- 1 blender
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 serving bowl
- 1 knife
- 1 cutting board
— PREPARATION —
- Place the frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, and optional chia seeds in a blender.
- Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add a bit of water or milk if needed to facilitate blending.
- Taste and add optional honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness. Blend briefly to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the serving bowl.
- Chop the nuts into small pieces.
- Garnish the bowl with slices of fresh Beekers Berries strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, and mint leaves.
