Preparation

  1. Place the frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, and optional chia seeds in a blender.
  2. Blend everything at high speed until smooth and creamy. Add a bit of water or milk if needed to facilitate blending.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness. Blend briefly again to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving bowls.
  5. Chop the nuts into small pieces.
  6. Garnish the breakfast bowls with fresh Beekers Berries strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, and mint leaves.
