Making strawberry yoghurt ice creams

Ingredients & supplies
For 4 servings | 30 minutes preparation time
Ingredients
- 1 bowl of Beekers Berries strawberries
- 2 tbsp granola
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
- 1 splash of honey
- Yoghurt
Supplies
- 1 blender
- 1 frying pan
- 1 ice cream mold
Preparation
- Hull the strawberries and cut them in half.
- Reserve a few halved strawberries to place later in the ice cream molds. Puree the rest in the blender.
- Heat the frying pan and add the granola, oatmeal, honey, and peanut butter.
- Mix everything over low heat and turn off the heat once well combined.
- Fill a small base of the ice cream molds with a splash of strawberry puree.
- Place a slice of strawberry against the inside of the mold so the strawberries will be visible in the ice cream later.
- Fill up to about 1 cm below the edge with yoghurt.
- Then divide the mixture from the pan over the molds.
- Place the ice creams in the freezer for about 5 hours.
