- 200 ml heavy cream (unwhipped)
- 4-5 tablespoons lemon curd
- Bag of mini meringues
- Beekers Berries raspberries
- Beekers Berries redcurrants
Supplies
- 4 star-shaped bowls (or other festive bowls/glasses)
- 1 mixer or food processor
Preparation
- Pour the heavy cream into a bowl (without sugar).
- Whip the cream with a mixer or food processor until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip the cream.
- Add the lemon curd and stir until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the star-shaped bowls and make the dessert festive with raspberries, redcurrants, and mini meringues.
