Chia pudding layered breakfast

Start the day off right with this delicious breakfast consisting of layers of fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, chia pudding and a strawberry-raspberry-blackberry puree. The topping of granola and fresh berries complete this breakfast!


 for 2 glasses –

4 tablespoons chia seeds
300ml coconut milk (or other vegetable milk of your choice)
200g Greek yogurt
Beekers Berries strawberries
Beekers Berries raspberries
Beekers Berries blueberries
Beekers Berries blackberries

2 glasses



Put 4 tablespoons of chia seeds in a glass or cup and add 300ml of coconut milk (or other milk of your choice). Stir the mixture carefully. Wait 5 minutes and then give the mixture another good stir to remove any lumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or make the chia pudding the night before). While the chia mixture is taking a pudding-like shape in the refrigerator, slice some strawberries, which you then place at the bottom, upright against the glass. Puree some strawberries, raspberries and blackberries with a blender. Fill 2/3 of the glass with Greek yogurt, add a layer of chia pudding on top, pour the fruit puree on top and then top it all off with some granola and fresh berries. Enjoy your breakfast!
