For 4 servings | 5 minute preparation time

 

Ingredients

 

Supplies
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 mixing spoon
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 serving bowl

 

— PREPARATION —

  1. Finely chop the berries.
  2. Mix the finely chopped berries, Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract together.
  3. Taste the dip and add more honey if desired.
  4. Cover the mixing bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. This allows the dip to cool and the flavours to blend.
  5. Remove the dip from the refrigerator and stir again.
  6. Transfer to the serving bowl.
  7. Place on the table with sliced fruits, such as pieces of apple, peach, pear, or slices of bread and crackers.
